I got in to see Kelly Hood's Exhibition. Wow
- you are so talented. I love the contrast between the stark black and white
medium and the warmth and sensitivity of the subjects. You really capture the
rural feel and I could sense your affection for this environment. Great
element of humour to the paintings also. "Going Home" is my favourite (The
guys in the boat) Terrific sense of movement about it, and such a complex
depth of emotions from such a simple picture.
